Have a character suggest a shady action that would (if it works) help the characters overcome the antagonist. Have them debate the relative morality of doing evil for good reasons. Have two characters take opposing positions on the old chestnut of “the ends justify the means”. End the debate with one of the characters highlighting why the shady action would not work. Then have them debate if they are correct.
